Special Cross Section Fiber Octa™
Octa™ is our proprietary yarn with a unique cross-section that features eight fins and a hollow core. Compared to regular yarn, it is significantly lighter, more voluminous, and offers excellent quick-drying, sweat-wicking, and thermal insulation properties.
The voids in 8 fin fiber structure improve heat shielding and insulation properties, as well as create the lightweight feel of hollow yarn at roughly 50% weight of yarn of similar thickness.
